DO NOT HIRE TIM SOWELL!!! He did such a poor job installing my gutters that they are not even functional! He left less than a 2" gap between the edge of the roof and the gutters that water shoots right over the top of them; additionally, I am not able to squeeze my fingers or any object into the gutters in order to clean them out! I have been trying for FOUR MONTHS to get him to remedy this problem; however; he continues to drag this process out! HE IS NOT REPUTABLE!
Avoid this roofing company, or at the least do not pay the final balance until everything is complete. I made the mistake of paying the final balance based on "We will install the gutter guards next week". It has been about two years now and still not completed. Avoid them, or be more careful than I was and ensure everything is complete and don't fall for "We'll get it done soon".
Excellent workers and they did a great job. Cleaned up nice. The owner is wonderful to work with. Thank you Mr. Sowell
