Never buy from this dealer!! Their ad for my SUV had options listed that were not on the vehicle, they claimed 3rd party posted the listing and we had plenty of time while we were there to check this out, I ASSUMED because it was a new car dealer I could depend on honesty. Also, it took 40 days to get my clear title, and was told they contacted me twice on the messages I left them, this is also untrue. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER unless you really check out what you are buying

Love the staff in the service department. They went so far above and beyond to ensure my safety. I give them an A+++ rating and recommend that everyone find a dealership with that much competence and concern for their clients! Love me some Tim Smith Acura employees!!!

Tim Smith wanted over $24 per spark plug ($144 total). Worst part, they refused to give the part numbers and claimed it was store policy. The part numbers are in the owner’s manual, and since dealerships constantly do non-approved services like transmission flushes, using BG fluids in the transmission, and machining rotors, it’s important for customers to know what part dealerships are using. With Tim Smith, who knows. What we do know is they are ripping you off on pricing!

I took my MDX in for the A1 service (oil change, tire rotation and general check up). The service personnel were professional and pleasant. The service was performed & my car was washed & vacuumed in the promised 90 minutes. Great job!!
