Purchased some incorrect sunglasses in Gawler. Went to Terry White's in Clare and they refused to refund. Incorrect pair were unused with tags, I had a receipt and was purchasing another pair of sunnies from the rack. Defeats the purpose of being a Terry White chain when they do not honour each others transactions. Odd they will let you use rewards points across stores.
Not happy. Was booked for a PFIZER booster coz never had issues with them before. Girl doing the vaccinations said "if no side effects then it's not working, so l want to give you Moderna, which she AREADY HAD WITH HER. 3hours after l started having bad gut issues, which l am STILL having, over 3 months later. Next time LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMER, we know our bodies better than you do!!!
Staff are always helpful, and they have a good range of things in their store to buy
