Had a great sales experience and even a great experience with service (had a nail in my tire) however, I can not say the same about picking up my plates. I walk in, a man named Steve asked me what he could do for me. I tell him im picking up my plates. He asks my last name then starts walking down the hall. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from Tim Short Mitsubishi. On December 29th we purchased a 2019 Ford F-150 with only 47,000 miles for our teenage son. We had saved for a long time to buy him a dependable truck to take to college. Within just a day or two of owning the vehicle, we discovered that both differentials had to be replaced.
