The absolute worst service department I've ever dealt with! I took my vehicle in for a recall,and they totally screwed it up! I had no issues before the recall,after the recall my vehicle had numerous problems and was very dangerous to drive! I took it back in after repeated attempts to get them to answer the phone or return my calls,I waited almost five hours in a waiting area,they finally came and told me I was good to go. Was in the market for a new dually to tow our fifth wheel . I found one I was interested online. Tim Watts immediately got to work on getting it to their lot for me .
