Do not do business here! Just had a truck sold out from under us, after agreeing to price, financing and down payment. Wouldn't return calls and dealt in bad faith. Terrible way to run a business.
Shady business is going on here. Dealt with them in Feb. Had a trade-in that I owed on. They sold my trade-in to the salesman I was working with. Once papers were signed, the salesman could no longer help me. The bank that my trade in was through was telling me to repossess the vehicle and keep making my payments because after3 months, they still hadn't been paid and my name was on that loan so it was my obligationto continue to pay. Great experience!!! Justin, our sales man, took great care of us!!! Justin was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted and took time to demo extras! Definitely will be going back if we need another!! Thank you Tim Short Ford and Justin!!
