Tim Short Chrysler is the worst dealership ever, please avoid it, I wanted to buy a car from them, I saw the listing online, reached them out and asked about the vehicle, they said the vehicle is available and sent me a credit application, I filled it out, and of course my credit score went down, once I got approved they said, "sorry the car that you wanted to buy was bought by someone else today". Went to test drive a escalade that was listed for 31,500 drove 2 hrs to see it. Vehicle was filthy inside food in the cubby holes in doors, crumbs all over the floor, French fry in door, etc. Got in to test drive no Ac hotboxed it down the road. Transmission made a horrible noise. Offered them 4K less if would fix AC and check Transmission told us they could get that at auction. Bought a jeep today with the help of Gus and it was a smooth and pleasant experience! Will definitely be back in the future!
Our 21 Gladiator got some paint issues with the aluminum corrosion. Still under warranty, so while we got it at TS of Morehead, TS of Hazard is local for us. The warranty department got it to their body shop who replaced, not just repaint , but replaced all panels, and dealt with Jeep on costs and loaner vehicle. Very happy with work and Staff at Tim Short of Hazard.
I traveled from New York. Very smooth transaction. Jeff helped me start to end. I got home with it. Highly recommend Jeff And Tim Short Jeep Dealer.
