Bought a truck back in October and just now (January 20) received tags and title. After finding out they sold us the vehicle with them not having the title and they never told us a thing in the 3 months we had it about not having a title or not being able to. Then proceeded to lie to us saying they sent the paperwork in for me to call and speak with the county clerk on why I hadn’t received it. When they hadn’t even received the title from the previous owners. They lack communication and respect for their customers.
10/10 costumer service, Draven was extremely nice, friendly, helpful and professional through out the entire process. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy their next vehicle!
