The mechanic that worked on my boyfriend's truck said I wouldn't understand and talked down to me. When he started talking to me he had everyone waiting looking at me like I had committed a crime. The worse service I have ever had at any dealership. Would never recommend that mechanic to anyone ever. I will say he was yhe only one there that talked to me that way. The other guy was so professional and kept apologizing.
I was dumb enough to go to Tim Short Chrysler in Hazard KY a so-called reputable dealership after going online to buy what I thought to be a decent deal for a 2024 RAM Laramie 2500 Deisel with Faily low miles (27,000). When I arrived, I found out that the truck has been used by the corporation for months as a run errand vehicle and now has 37k + miles and they advise they will NOT come down on the price whatsoever. I had an awesome buying experience at Tim Short Chrysler in Hazard, KY. They have great prices on new and used vehicles. You will not leave disappointed, or misinformed on anything. My sales person was Josh Coy it was like your own son picking out the perfect car for you. I would definitely buy from him again. He did what he said he was going to do, and made sure I was satisfied with everything before I left there. I would recommend Tim Short - before buying anywhere
