Paid 170 bucks for them to tell me what I already knew. Our radio is messing up in our van I called and asked if it was covered by the warranty and was told to bring up so they could see if it was covered or not. Should have been a yes or no question. Instead I gave them 170 to say I did need a new radio and it was not covered. Used them twice first on warranty work took almost a week to replace ac compressor was told be a day or two max, had service done this last week left smelt burning oil popped hood tech spilled a crap load of oil all down the side of my block and didn’t even try to clean it up probably will go to short and Redmond in middlesboro for now on

Worst place to ever get a vehicle worked on. Tried to charge my wife $900.00 to replace a speed sensor in a 2017 jeep wrangler. Then tried to tell me the timing chain in my jeep is off by 2 teeth. Jeep runs fine an doesn't have miss or overheating. This was warranty work an I feel they was trying to charge me plus my warranty. Won't ever be back here. Yes I know warranty covers certain things but I see it as they was trying to get 2 for 1.
