Cory Sears was a great salesman he did everything to get us what we wanted and was great to deal with me and my husband bought a 2026 Ram 1500
They let me make an appointment to have 4 things done to my vehicle. The appointment was for a week and a half out. When I get there that's when they tell me they can't do 2 of the 4 things. My warranty depends on getting the work done and this was so unprofessional. Now I have to make two appointments when they coulve made sure they had what they needed to do the agreed work or tell me ahead of time so I didn't waste my time. Used to love this place, the Service is absolutely horrible now. They don’t answer the phones, will not give you updates on your car, and they answer the phone and hang it up while you are on hold! This is no kidding the worst service I’ve ever get dealt with on a broke thermostat. Going on a week and no word!!
I highly recommend this dealership. Cody Issac’s was my sales person. He and the rest of his team went above and beyond to make sure I had the vehicle and financing that I was wanting. I drove 8 1/2 hours one way to do business with them. Very pleased. Thank you to Jody George at the Glasgow Don Franklin location for finding the vehicle and sending me to them.
