There is only one good word that describes Tim and that is PERFECT. He is kind, honest, assertive, intelligent, experienced, and the list goes on. He helped me sell my home five years ago and helped me purchase my new home. I will always recommend Tim. The amount knowledge that he has is priceless, from the location, comparable homes, crime, taxes, structure, to looking ahead at future possibilities. If you do not have a realtor, Tim is it!
