Katy Rossell was my agent and she was awesome. Easy to work with, knowledgeable, experienced, and listened to my goals and expectations. She did a wonderful job with staging and getting photos of my house, including drone shots of the surrounding land/neighborhood. She provided referrals for painting and cleaning to get the house in great condition for viewing. It all worked, and the house sold soon after listing.
