Katy is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. She always either answered my calls in person or returned them as soon as she was free (usually within minutes). Although extremely knowledgable about real estate, nobody knows everything. So whenever a question came up she could not answer, she would find out and get back to me. I found her to be honest, enthusiastic about her work, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend her.

Ben worked diligently with me for over a year to get my house ready to sell, and to sell it. He was very patient with my situation, selling a co-owned house where the co-owners do not communicate. He helped decided what should be done to the house and what did not need to be done to get the best price. He is very knowledge able of the area. He was also able to help me by getting me a list of contractors and people who help clean out houses. I would gladly recommend working with Ben to either list or purchase a house.
