To say I recommend Katy would be an understatement! We are so lucky to have found a realtor that not only is knowledgeable but that is personable too. Don't believe the high rating. This guy just messaged me multiple times telling me to take down my bad review and then said the property on Chilafoux Rd Charleston VT that's LITERALLY FEATURED ON HIS WEBSITE that I previously told him I was trying to get information on was "out of his area" as well as the whole town of Charleston VT. He has 4 properties listed on his website in Charleston! He clearly just doesn't want to waste his time with smaller properties where he can't make money. Then why feature them? When we decided to sell our home, we knew we wanted Tim Scott to help us. We wanted someone we could trust. Someone that knew the value and love we had for our old farm house. That is what Tim does. Katy Rossell is THE BEST! Seriously...I don't even know where to start. My wife and I were initially interested in a, shall we say, fixer-upper.
