Ben worked diligently with me for over a year to get my house ready to sell, and to sell it. He was very patient with my situation, selling a co-owned house where the co-owners do not communicate. He helped decided what should be done to the house and what did not need to be done to get the best price. He is very knowledge able of the area. He was also able to help me by getting me a list of contractors and people who help clean out houses. I would gladly recommend working with Ben to either list or purchase a house.
Katy was very easy to work with. She assisted me with using the online documentation and kept me well-informed as the process progressed. She kept me in the loop when she was interacting with my sister. I would highly recommend her to prospective sellers or buyers.
