This was the first home purchase for both me and my fiancée, and thankfully Tim was recommended to help us along this journey. Tim was very knowledgeable about the Vancouver housing market, and took to time to learn exactly what we both wanted. He was always available to answer any questions that we had, or to show us a listing. My mom will be moving here soon, and I will be recommending Tim to help her as well.
