Tim Petitti & his team were very organized and got my house sold which was a little difficult being it could only be sold for cash & conventional. I t was also an out of the ordinary property with many fish ponds and an artesian well that appealed to a certain buyer. Long story short Tim got’r’ done and found that certain buyers and things went smoothly after that! Tim is a young dude but has chosen his path and is well suited for it as his expertise & devotion to his trade is outstanding!
