Dr.Ratino was great; however, the Office Manager and female Mid Level at the 900 Jerome St, Fort Worth location became hostile and treated me like an addict after being told they mishandled my drug screening request sending it to Michigan instead of locally. They said they couldn’t see my results but I could somehow see them online myself. As a result of being justifiably upset they proceeded to dismiss me as a patient and refuse to allow me to speak to Dr Ratino directly.
