Very bad communication, received house that was rented with pee stains in bathroom, floors and counters with dirt And the bathroom faucet leaking and deck in bad shape. Does give bigus charges for filter and paining even though pictures were sent in and they acknowledged it themselves! very unprofessional!!! Stay away! Rent from another Company!
