After moving out they charged us $390 for screw holes in the wall to hold curtains rod up above each window. I asked about it because nowhere in the lease or handbook does it say no holes or no screw holes in wall. The only place in the whole lease or handbook says anything about holes in wall is under the move out. It says, “Do not attempt to patch nail holes, if you choose to touch up it could result in charge”. Honestly great folks to work with! Quite a hefty fee if you don’t change the air filter on time but it’s their job to ensure the property gets taken care of! House was clean and in good shape and they helped all the time with any questions I had (which were a lot). The semi annual property checks were new to us as renters but it is understandable. I honestly didn’t even agreee to sign a lease with windrose it was with Tim Parker realty. Guess he sold it off to this woman…During inspections they would tell me to wipe down the baseboards and granted I’m NOT a dirty person at all extremely insulting. house had dead roaches on the floor but I already signed the lease and when asked about pest control….
