Tim Papi is absolutely wonderful to work with and far exceeded our expectations for an agent. We spent one weekend with him looking at properties he arranged on very short notice and found exactly what we wanted. Tim is very knowledgeable about the area and very responsive to all our questions. Due to his deep connections within the community he was able to provide many referrals for all the services we needed for our move to Durango. Tim is not only an amazing realtor he's a great person as well.

Tim is a fantastic realtor! He is prompt with returning calls (usually within a few minutes) and is excellent at communicating all pertinent information in a timely manner. We always felt that he put our interests above his own. He is extremely organized and good at following up on information, documents and deadlines.
