Tim really went to bat for us. He got our house under contract in a month. Then, when that deal fell through for buyer reasons, Tim got us back under contract in a couple of weeks. He moved the closing process along nice and quickly, and was a pleasure to work with throughout. We'll definitely be working with Tim if we move again.
