Very professional and courteous. I emailed Tim about a possible job and he promptly contacted me. He gave a very detailed description of the repair involved, but did so in a way that was easy for someone with out a construction background to understand. His work is exceptional and it is easy to see why he has a 5 star review and a 2 month backlog.
If you need a door and hardware specialist, I can enthusiastically recommend Tim Miller Installations. After making the usual phone calls to contractors and receiving no responses due to the job being a small one (also as usual), I found Tim Miller. He responded quickly, came right out with all the right parts and he and his partner nailed the job on the spot. The job was repairing two non-functioning pocket doors.
