Tim Miller Associates is a sham of a company that writes whatever the highest bidder tells them to write....no morals or ethics....
I reviewed Tim Miller's comprehensive assessment for the annexation process and it was absolutely astonishing to read their marvelous work and I also emailed it to my attorneys firm and they were full of praise for it and they analyzed this in full detail and in depth and they stated this is just a great piece how they did it and it is highly respected and highly recommend. The laymen will not appreciate it, but the Courts will of course! This is going to be stapled to every Court ruling!
I wish it was possible to leave less than one star. Environmental planners?! They created the most disingenuous environmental review possible for a special interest group in Kiryas Joel NY. This report will now benefit only developers, to the tune of millions if not billions of dollars. Meanwhile the rest of the community will suffer due to the clear cutting of trees, influx of traffic, burden to the infrastructure including water and sewer, and damage to our wildlife, environment and semi-rural neighborhood. "Kiryas Joel" . Anyone with Internet access just needs to Google. This company's integrity ends at signing of an agreement. Tim Miller should lose any certifications he has and serve some prison time for his involvement in the illegal land grab he is contributing to.
