Spoke with Tim regarding a transaction and messages that we'd exchanged via text. His exact words, I don't know, but paraphrasing were along the lines of, "It sounds like you're taking this personal." In the end, it turns out he was making it incredibly personal. Tim was communicative with us and would set up a walk- through at potential homes as soon as possible. He was very helpful to us as first- time homebuyers. He worked closely with us and had great advice to guide us through this process.
