Have a few complaints actually. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle new from *** Marburger with an extended warranty, it starting have a strut pop. After many attempts to get the problem corrected I grew tired of arguing about it so that has not been resolved. (Vehicle had less than 30K miles) October 28th I had same vehicle serviced and asked them to check front wheel bearings as I have been hearing a noise. I have a friend that purchased a car back in 2010. He liked the car he seen which happened to be a insight. he told me that when he was talking about a the car that the salesman left and came back in the office with three other people pressuring him to purchase the car. he felt peer pressure and stressed with all three of them gaining on him. he purchased it but now years later he wish he did not. the car has been good as far as I know. but when you have salesmen gaining up on you like that just leave and walk out. if they ... read more
Great service for a reasonable price. Nice to have a place that truly cares about the person not just the money to be made.
Don't waste your time working with this dealership. They are unprofessional and deceitful. They worked a deal with me on the phone over 2 days of calls and encouraged me to come to the dealership telling me we were going to be able to make a deal on an Odyssey. I even told them that I could not make the trip unless it was a solid deal. I had also mentioned that I had a bad experience with another Honda dealer and they assured me they were different, wrong! Do not buy a used car from this dealer. I just bought (6/12/08) a used 2005 Toyota 4Runner knowing it needed new tires. I put new tires on it and had them balanced. The new tires did not resolve the vibration in the steering wheel. Come to find out the car needed shocks and struts ( $800.00 ). I firmly believe Tim Marburger Honda knew there was a problem with this vehicle and sold it anyway. I called and spoke to the manager and he would not even agree to pay half the bill.
