If you have to have a carpenter working on your house for any amount of time, then Tim Lloyd is your guy. Even during the dog days of a very hot August here on Maui, Tim would show up with a smile on his face, a happy tune in his whistle and a solution to whatever problems were next. Yes he knows what he's doing, he's qualified, so are a lot of other carpenters here, what sets Tim apart is his enthusiasm for the work, attention to what you want, the way you want it and a willingness to make sure the customer is satisfied.
Tim fully remodeled two condos for me in Kihei. He did everything from drywall/painting, to adding beams, to laying tile/wood flooring. He also installed new cabinets in the kitchen, set my new appliances, was involved in several woodworking projects, and created mood lighting throughout. Tim changed a 50-year-old, ordinary brown shingled house into a rich, vibrant red painted shingled house with dark chocolate-colored trim and matching two-car garage door.
