Sold me a used car with torque converter issues right off the bat, onstar broken with the computer does not work so not getting all the features they would not fix it didn’t notice onstar issue till after driving off their warranty 3 month 3k miles only on used cars doesn’t cover all repairs only up to a certain amount. At the end of the day I ended up spending more money on fixes.

Tim Lalley is the worst!!!! I bought a brand new Chevy truck from there and in less then a year check engine lights come on after an oil change by the same dealership!!! BUT TO MAKE THINGS WORST !!!! THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I MAKE A APPOINTMENT TO GET ISSUES RESOLVED WITH VEHICLE SHOW UP AT 12 AS PRESCRIBED WAIT A ENTIRE DAY FOR A DIAGNOSIS AND GET NOTHING!!!
