Very disappointed in the level of service and professionalism at Tim Lally. Had a large repair done on my car earlier this summer, and just recently had the same issue with my car again while the new part they installed was still under warranty from them. They were unwilling to look at my car to see if their work was properly done or if there was any issues with their previous service.
Everyone at Tim Lally Chevrolet was very willing and helpful on what we were looking for in a vehicle. Especially our salesman Joe Hurtuk.
They completed the routine maintenance in a timely manner
Big Jeff made buying my 2022 Chevy 3500 a great experience. He was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the process. I’m happy with the truck and would recommend asking for Big Jeff if you’re shopping there.
