I paid Mr. Koestler to drain my pipes at my summer residence. When I returned in April and turned the water on there were three separate leaks in the crawlspace. I called Mr. Kessler and he said he would come and look. A week later he came with an assistant, took one look and stated he could not go into the crawlspace. No recommendation of another plumber, nothing. He just left without even apologizing. Three weeks and $400 later I finally had a non-leaking system thanks to another plumber
Came when he said and fixed our problem in about 5 minutes. Would highly recommend.
