Tim Knudson’s work ethic, intelligence, and dedication to excellence can not be understated. He was such a help and go getter that we had little trouble in selling our grove. He communicated with us throughout the entire process, informing us as the transaction progressed. Tim is a gentleman and a scholar! He is an absolute joy to work with and is very knowledgeable about the area and all surrounding. My husband and I are both Active Duty and were unable to be there in person but Tim made the search so easy.
