Love the care and professionalism at this location.
Partial knee replacement, right knee on 9/8. Won't lie, I was scared. At 76 it's hard to have surgery not actually knowing the outcome. Dr. Keating and his team were so kind guiding me through the procedure, giving me some easy exercises to build up a little strength. Surgery went smoothly, had a spinal and nerve block on my knee that lasted 24 hours. Once the block wore off I followed their instructions to the letter about taking all meds exactly as prescribed. I was very impressed with Dr. Tim Keating and his lovely support team. Anna was so energetic. I am certain she is fun to be around. Dr. Keating is great and thorough describing my difficulties and how we plan to attack it hopefully with great success. I highly recommend him and his team approach.
Dr. Keating is an exemplary surgeon who has an exemplary team. Their continual concern, availability, and perfessional but personal care is second to none. Pre and post surgery, his directions and guidance were clear, which made it easy to know what was going to happen each step of the way. His staff was easy to contact for answers to my questions, and receiving his daily text messages encouraged and helped me stay focused on my goals. I felt very comfortable with Dr Keating and his support staff. Most important was he listened to what i had to say, my questions, concerns and make me less apprehensive about the next steps of my treatment. He wasn't rushing in to surgery, but if that was what I wanted, he would definitely go over that option and not try less invasive treatments first.
