Tim was great at guiding us through the journey of buying our first home! He had great communication and worked with us to determine what we were looking for. We highly recommend!
Tim was awesome during the 6 months it took for us to decide on our home. As a very experienced home buyer, I can attest that Tim was always so professional, and patient. He went above and beyond to get us into every house we asked to see with the exception of ones that had offers in already or those that sold so quickly. I would recommend Tim to my closest and dearest loved ones.
Tim was very pleasant to interact with at all times. He took the time to show us everything we were interested in. He has a vast knowledge of the area that we found very valuable and he took the time to sit with us and hear the things we were looking for. We felt very safe and never pressured. He is patient and kind and went above and beyond to make us feel special. He even made the drive to come and enjoy dinner in our new place with us. Highly recommended if you are looking for someone honest and genuine.
I met Tim when randomly dropping in to the his brokerage office. He was friendly and professional and as such I decided to work with him for the purchase of a residence in Williams Lake. Tim was very flexible with his schedule and took the time to be fully prepared for all showings. He was on the ball during negotiations and made himself available to get the deal done and answer any questions I had. If you’re one the fence about who to represent you in the buying/selling process in the Cariboo Tim is your guy!
Me and my husband loved working with tim. He is very proffesional and was super accommodating to our unique circumstances, the house we chose to buy had alot of logistical issues but tim always found a solution to our problem and made it work. We are so happy in our new home and would definitely would not be there if it wasnt for tim.
