Dr. Jelsema gave very detailed explanations of problems with my shoulder. He also discussed different treatment options.
Great experience with Dr Jelsema. DR J. gave me informed options and agreed on a treatment plan to move forward. He and his team were professional; polite and listened to my concerns.
Was impressed with Dr. Jelsema as he explained things in an understanding way & inasmuch as my first hand knowledge of medical terms is very limited due to my lack of illnesses or hospital stays during my life so far with the exception of birthing 3 children in a hospital environment, I therefore felt fortunate to have his knowledge to lean on. I'm hoping the next doctors I need to see are as informative so a beneficial decision can be made regarding my needs.
Dr. Jelsema was amazing! He spent lots of time explaining my condition and how we were going to fix what was going on. He was very knowledgeable and had great bed side manner! I highly recommend him!
