This Tim Hortons is one of the worse! The lady who takes orders is absolutely 💯 rude with no patience...she assumes that everything is customers at fault when obviously she makes mistakes with orders , and doesn't seem friendly at all. Another problem she does consistently is speak in a different language to her co workers and gets distracted when giving us our orders. Dear Tim Hortons Customer Service, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a deeply concerning incident at one of your locations today. I purchased a hot coffee, but the beverage I initially received was cold, despite having ordered it hot. When I asked the employee to replace it, she appeared visibly annoyed, threw the original coffee into the sink from a distance, and prepared another beverage for me.
