This is the worst Tim Hortons. The staff are unqualified, and most aren't bilingual who can't even understand some of the most common English words. I once asked for a sprinkle donut, and the staff didn't understand what I said, and instead of asking me for clarifications about my order, they gave me a honey glassed donut instead.
