Bonjour, Je veux signaler une mauvaise expérience à Tim Hortons. À chaque fois que j’y vais, l’équipe est agressive et impolie. Aujourd’hui, j’ai simplement demandé une paille pour mon café et on m’a répondu sèchement que ce n’était pas permis. Le service est toujours désagréable et le personnel ne semble pas aimer son travail. C’est vraiment décevant pour une grande marque comme Tim Hortons.
food quality is ok, line is almost always long and blocking the way, service is terrible and they always give the wrong size drink or wrong flavour entirely
The staff really need some training in soft skills and customer service. The Algerian girl at the cashier treats people with an attitude; she seems like she doesn’t want to work there or something is wrong with her. And this is not the first time she has behaved like that. For people looking for a good Tim Hortons, I don’t recommend this place at all.
