Every time I go here, and that is almost every day, I order the same thing. A hazelnut cold brew. Every time I ask them please do not mix it. I never get it the way I ask for it. A couple weeks ago I think they forgot the coffee, it tasted like watered down milk and had 2 ice cubes. They always have an excuse. Today’s excuse was it’s probably the ratio of the ice.
