Worst tim hortons ever they dont even know how to prepare an order , the employee are not even aware of their own menu . I told her a brown sugar iced latter and she gave me a vanille latte with brown sugar told her its not right as it doesn’t taste like that but she was like we know what we have in our menu .
Dirty washrooms, rude employees who don’t seem to know the words “ you’re welcome”. Was met with a ton of attitude when I tried to redeem my roll up the rim coffee, which I won at that same location. Never had a good experience here. Won’t be back… the Tim’s around the corner has great service go there instead.
The staff were friendly and my order was prepared quickly—great experience overall.
