We went to 1490 Inkster Blvd Tim Hortons branch to get two (2) large coffees and a toasted bagel with plain cream cheese. Service was super slow. They should consider revisiting their customer service guidelines and operational procedures. We spent like 20 minutes in line and 10 minutes waiting for our order. I guess they have to harvest their coffee, dry it, roast it, grind it, brew it then serve. For the bagel, I guess they have to harvest the wheat, grind it and bake it.
