Pathetically slow service at the walk-in counter!!!! Like a lot of other Tim Hortons, they give all the priority to the drive-thru customer. This one is particularly bad though.

I went to the drive-thru today (8:30 pm)to purchase a pizza. While giving orders, I think she was very busy with other work. I was asking repeatedly what you want. I ordered only pizza, and everyone knew only four pizzas were available. Still, I told her I want cheeses pizza but she did not recognize it and repeatedly asked for the order. For the second item, I ordered a bottle of Coke ( again two times ), and 3rd times I lost my patience and raised my voice and said I needed a bottle of coke ( 2 times).
