I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. The lady (dulce)serving me was extremely rude and spoke to me in an unfriendly and disrespectful manner. Customer service should be polite and professional, even when dealing with difficult situations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training to ensure customers are treated with respect.
The ambiance is good. Food is very delicious and worth it. Must try! I was assisted by Rosal during my visit there and she was very kind and friendly to me. I recommend this place and I will surely come back.
