Not a fan of this Tim Hortons location. There was a line because it was understaffed, donuts weren't warm, and my coffee was only okay.
This has happened to me 3–4 times. I only get a 30-minute break, and I’ve spent 10 minutes waiting in line, only to be told at the counter that there was no food available. Customers should be informed before waiting in line. Also, whenever I order a bowl, it is often only half-filled instead of properly portioned. For airport employees with limited break time, this is very frustrating and disappointing.

Very unprofessional experience. The supervisor appeared to intentionally stall and waste time, making it difficult for customers to place orders even 30 minutes before closing. Customers were being ignored while staff were instructed to start cleaning instead of serving them. It felt like they were deliberately trying to avoid taking orders before closing. Extremely disappointing.
