Coffee is always on point, and the donuts do not suck! I (sadly) go here once a month when I'm on SI for Army Reserve drill. This is one of the better parts of my monthly.
the food and service and atmosphere is good but I ordered my ice coffee 4 times recently and all the time it had a large piece of hair inside it was disgusting I couldn't finished my drink. also a few weeks ago I saw a roach on the window where the donuts were located this place lost my service as im taking my service else where im disappointed this happened and im disgusted about this service I don't understand how this place don't get check by food professionals. Everytime I go to Tim Hortons it seizes to amaze me! Today I got the pink amber Tim boost and the steak and cheddar panini and I had to ask who made it because it was phenomenal! Ten stars to Komla and ten stars to Derek the amazing cashier! My usual cashier is Charity but she wasn’t here today but I wanted to give a big thanks to her for always getting me my drinks fast when I’m in a rush!
Some of the workers don’t care and use the gloves that they use to touch bacon grease and serve donuts. I ordered a donut and it tasted like bacon grease
