Pros: - Staff members are generally friendly - Interior is nice and generally well kept Cons: - Long wait, every time - Constantly out of items (don't hold your breath for a hash brown) - Annoying hours. What kind of franchise location closes at 2:00 pm? Local coffee shops are open later. Don't like being so harsh, but I really want this place to improve. It's been this way for a while.
