I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your location around 3 PM. There were two staff members working at the time—a white female with long hair and a Black male—who appeared more focused on chatting than attending to customers. Despite having a very simple order (one coffee), I was left waiting in the drive-thru for approximately 10 minutes. I stopped by today to buy a ham and cheese croissant, and it was burnt when I went to eat it. This is unacceptable and shows a clear lack of quality control. I’ve attached a photo as proof. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor service.
