Jessica is awesome, always so cheerful, knows my order by heart and has it ready for me every time.. she is the best
Didn’t wait long at all. Doughnuts were good. Drinks were not made the best, they were only filled up 3/4s of the way. And the Carmel Macchiato was more just a Macchiato.
I was helped by a gentleman in the afternoon he was very pleasant got my order quickly he was by himself was pretty busy will you make sure to smile and take care of everyone and I got a good cup of coffee
The staff is always super friendly and very personable. I make an attempt to visit several times a week while I work! Huge shoutout to Lonnie! Lonnie is my guy! He takes the time to remember my orders and ask about my day or week. Numerous times I have seen him taking on a huge line of customers by himself and he has such a good attitude about it. He is one of the main reasons I order at the Riverside Hospital Tim Hortons as opposed to the one close to home. Thank you for all you do Lonnie!
The staff at this location are always 100%, even when the lines are long and seem to be never ending. Elmer continues to be missed and will forever be “My Friend”.
