Service is awful waited almost 23 minutes for 3 blue berry muffins and 2 ice capps and Only received 2 muffins
this is honestly the WORST Tim Hortons in the city. It’s ridiculous I always try to give them a fair chance , I’m even patient when I’m literally the only customer and it still takes 30 mins for items to come out. The quality is TRASH AND THE SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE. we’d be better off with a Dunkin’ Donuts at this location. Management needs to pay attention to the quality here.
The only problem I have with this store and it is one of the best stores in the area is the fact that the ice cap machine has been broken. I would say over 10 days. I called yesterday and they said it was working. So after work to day, I drove over here and it's broke again. You need to get a service person out here and make sure they do their work or buy a new one. That's one of your top sellers. Other than that, your employees have pleasant personalities.And are always cordial and nice
There is a noticeable need for better customer service training, more respectful communication with customers, careful handling of orders and greater focus on customer satisfaction
