Often slow and misses the mark- worse than before though, when I arrived the girl at the counter couldn't find my mobile order even though it was on the display flashing behind her. She then took forever to make my order, and for my Turkey Bacon Club she made it with Ham instead of Turkey, and no bacon. She also made my girlfriend an iced coffee instead of a latte. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience, but certainly the worst. I am a reasonable person with low expectations but this is next level.
Always a wait even when no one is on line. Sometimes i have to yell for an employee before anyone even comes to the front. Coffee is good but the staff needs to serve customers quicker and better.
