Today marks 15x out of 16 mobile orders that my coffee was not ready. I order on the APP in a hurry for sports, or work and click the pickup at counter "now" option, not the times options, but "now". I have ordered ahead 5 minutes, 10 minutes 15 and today 20 minutes ahead of time, and never, ever ready. I really just don't get why they offer this service so we can run in and pick up the order, and we have to wait in line and ask for it anyway.
