I went to the place and order a #9 with a Oreo ice cap and 10 assorted donuts.They ask me do I want cream on top which it comes with it. I pull around to get my order and the Oreos not on top of my drink. He says “ oh you want Oreos on top”? That’s how it’s made. Then he gives me my food with no napkin. Why do we need to ask for napkins when ordering food? As I sit and look at the donuts that he never gave me he goes to hand me a hot coffee. I said no I’m waiting for my donuts. I placed a mobile order trying to save time only to find out when I arrived that things were out of stock and refunds were a huge pain and needed management approval. They messed up the coffees and didn't give what I ordered, provided no bag to condensed and hold the 3 bakery items so I had to juggle those and and the 2 large iced coffees during the drive and trying to get in the house afterwards. It also took a ridiculous amount of time to end the whole visit. Never going to that location again.
Quick and hot coffee
I came through drive thru around 430 and 5 pm today ordered an ice cap at expresso and a 10 pack of timbits didn't see the nice dark hair piece on my whip until almost halfway. Disgusted and disturbed I called to make a complaint multiple times today with no answer but a voicemail. Id like a replacement or refund
