Ordered a Large frozen Hot Chocolate, easy given a medium, gave it back and they gave me a large what turned out to be iced coffee, had to go back after I noticed and (may have said the f word once) got kicked out and when I attempted to apologize after cooling off, the manager (April) was very dismissive and refused to let me apologize.
I left not even 5 minutes ago. I get being understaffed and taking longer to take and make orders, but this is unacceptable. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich - 1. Where’s the tuna? 2. I’m allergic to pork and last time I checked there’s no bacon on a tuna sandwich. Disappointed and extremely upset - what a waste of money.
Sooooo slooooow and never have anything in stock
Waited a half hour for a mobile order while everyone in the drive through and line were served immediately. I thought ordering ahead would've been faster and easier but it was the opposite.
