Got my last 2 orders wrong and charged me for stuff I ordered that I did not get. Called to ask about it and was just told “we will get it right next time” no offer of a refund for the stuff I was charged for that I didn’t get, nothing.
Always Good to be Served with a Smile... Today July 26, 2025 they were having a Celebration so I got a FREE Coffee Cup, Keychain and a drink for next week... Also 10 Timbits for $1 yup can't go wrong... All Great People .
I am a local and this was my coffee shop of choice. I averaged about 2-3 visits a week in the afternoon in spite of the slow service and lack of attention to cleaning tables. I ended up needing to find a different coffee shop when they started closing the dining room at 4:00 pm! Ridiculous! I complained to corporate and they said I would be contacted by the manager but I never heard anything at all.
