Terrible staff today at 83. Terrible environment to experience. Had Terrible service and Terrible coffee. And was made the wrong sandwich. I looked at their reviews and everytime they get a bad review they make their employees do a good review so they can hide the bad ones. The general manager is apparently not doing a good job there's like 3 employees there that are worth the trip and none were there today. Been coming here for a long long time and have never seen anyone as unprofessional as Jake was he should be fired for how he talks and acts. Dude seriously has some anger issues how you let him drag your company down is crazy
