Great coffee and customer service
My family was enjoying breakfast when we could hear yelling in the kitchen. The person in charge was belittling the drive through employee for leaving her station . She continued the humiliate this person the entire time we were eating. The entire restaurant became quiet and uncomfortable observing this scene. From what I could understand the employee left her station to assist a coworker. The supervisor said she doesn’t run her restaurant like the other branch. Always good
Was here on Easter Sunday. The BEST donuts, also the staff is continually, and constantly shorthanded, they handled how busy it was with class and efficiency. I'm proud of them, the customers in Frankenmuth dining in have to be called out for their impatience and general rudeness. It was sad to see the entitlement, especially on a holiday.
