Ordered a grilled cheese planni sandwich. The bread was burnt.
When Fred was the manager everything was always perfect. Also normally there is an older lady that does the drive threw orders and she is amazing. I went today and got horrible service even with a new girl getting an attitude even storming off saying nasty things. I did call in and the manager covering today is going to talk to her. I go every single day. However today was the first time I had horrible service.
The young lady who took my order was very sweet and professional. The older woman who handed me my order was rude ,unprofessional and did not look very clean. She did not greet me and in fact when I asked for extra flavoring her response was"I already put extra flavoring in it". I POLITELY asked for more. Her rude response was "it's 50 cent extra". Yes, she said 50 cent not cents. It is people like her who do not deserve to work with the community.
I have never visited a Tim Horton's before and after last nights experience at this store I will probably not visit any of them again. I went in for a coffee for my daughter who is the hospital...2 men went in right before me and it took over 15 minutes for me to get my order in (for just a coffee) and there were 3 girls behind the counter. Finally one of the girls took my order and had the audacity to say sorry about the wait. I just left. I wouldn't give this store any stars but it makes you give at least one.
Watch out for the overcharge on your credit card. I ordered one donut and was charged for that plus 20 timbits that the previous customer paid cash. The man who waited on me at first didn't give me my credit receipt. And i failed to check it until I got home. It was a male cashier on shift 2 at 12:25 pm on 12/12/17. I know exactly what his game is!!
These employees are not the brightest can't even do simple math. Then they get an attitude when you try to correct them so I asked for a full refund what she gave me was $0.10 less than what I paid and I didn't get my food. Thanks for robbing an unsatisfied customer.
This place never get my order wrong- always fast- always polite- I wish I could give more stars! I wish the Tim Hortons next to me now was as awesome at everything- worth driving a little extra to get here though;)
We went in for our favorite doughnut but the strawberry tidbits were no longer being served.Steve saved us from a near death experience by offering to make us some chocolate covered strawberry filled doughnuts.We now have a new favorite. Thanks for the great service.
This location has the the worst customer service . The girl that took the order was giving an attitude and not very professional.
