I frequently eat here. This place is run and managed poorly, and it frequently affects the customers. Items are out of stock, discontinued, or not served at this location with no notice given on the app. The lobby closes unexpectedly early, breakfast stops at a set time with no mention given on the app, and employees are not trained to cancel orders (that would not have to be canceled if Tim Horton’s was running properly). Shame on this business for doing such a poor job with simple orders. I eat at home now.
