You don't get what you asked for though they charge you extra. There will be an up charge when you request bagel instead of flat bread in sandwich, but no credit for meat you dont want. Also, every type of bagel you want, they dont have, and you settle for plain one that is left. The manager on Saturday July 12th morning clearly does not have the patience to get the order right, explain or apologize This place overall was good at one time and steadily declined to worse and expensive now.
