i had the worst experience the lady was super disrespectful the lady gave us flavors we did not ask for
I keep attempting this location as they are the closest to my work and I like tim hortons coffee, but the staff are rude, and the coffee is burnt. Go the extra few miles to a different location.
Wish I could give this location a zero I’m just not going there anymore Half of the times I go there, they forget to add sugar to my coffee Today I ordered an English muffin sandwich and got a dry untoasted bagel. Just the bagel. Who even ordered that for them to mess up that bad. How could a place be so poorly managed
I had the worst Tim Horton coffee ever! Oat milk Caramel Macchiato and medium mocha half sweet turned into cold weak diluted brown water! Barista boys were untrained and clueless. They “made” the order 3 times and even then they did not get it right. Not a supervisor or manager in sight. Get your act together Tim Hortons. We are Canadians and would like you to measure up to the standards we see across the border
Came through drive through, when I got to the window and handed the cashier my card I noticed she had open sores on her arm that were uncovered… look I suffer from PSORIASIS so I know skin problems but damn. You are serving food to the public. Put some Band-AIDS on. I’m not even mad at her, I’m perplexed why the manager wouldn’t say something. I’ll see myself out. Not coming back ever.
