Constantly mess up the order no matter how clear i try to make it, and then refuse to fix it at the window and make you go through the drive thru again. Incompetent and a waste of time
I’m not one to leave A review, but after being disrespected the way I was this morning, I really cannot help myself. I’ve been an everyday customer at this Tim Hortons for the past 2 1/2 years. Coming through the drive-through this morning and pulling up to the speaker I was not greeted. I sat for five minutes, waiting for somebody to get on the speaker and ask me for my order. This has become my go-to Tim Hortons. I started coming here because it's right by my work, but now I go there all the time because the people who work there are so great, and so friendly, and I've never had a single problem with anything I order! For some reason, the other Tim Hortons I used to go to all the time cannot seem to make my coffee drink correctly anymore, and I just gave up going there. This one has never had any problems.
