Very disappointed with the coffee at Tim Hortons lately. It’s consistently bad—either cold, burnt, or completely tasteless. It doesn’t feel like any effort is made to maintain quality. For a brand that built its name on coffee, this is unacceptable. I’ve had better coffee from gas stations. If things don’t improve, I’ll stop coming altogether. Customers deserve better.
I had their coffee and mini donuts both good
I don’t know the name of this gas station, but the Tim Hortons is inside. We tried for the first time and although my matcha late tasted good, the place is filthy. The workers who grab your food and make your drinks don’t change their gloves. They wear the same gloves handling money, scratching their heads and arms then your drink. Also, I thought the chicken wings in the hot area were with Tom Horton’s but it’s not, it’s with the gas station people.
