Extremely slow service, even when pre ordering.
We love tims. My kids love the timbits and I love an ICEDCAPP. The staff is always fantastic and kind. They were so sweet with my kids in the drive thru answering there questions and showing them the different bracelet options for camp day. I genuinely love this place
Just tried to go in for a quick breakfast sandwich and a coffee, staff was absolutely frantic and arguing with each other. One was asking another to do a task and the coworker said “I’m not going to have time to get to that.” Phone started ringing and one girl shouted “we don’t have time for that right now!” Didn’t seem that busy?
