The coffee and food offerings are of high quality. However, the drive-thru service experiences occasional delays, potentially due to staffing levels.
I really like the place and the staff. I come here often but today I noticed a problem. The donuts case had a lot of crumbs on every shelf. The crumbs looked like they had been there from at least the previous day. The shelves are not completely enclosed so I couldn't help wondering what types of insects or critters might enjoy all those crumbs. Should be time to clean all those shelves daily. Staff isn't that busy.
I come to this location 1-2 times a week since I work right down the road. Always super friendly inside, fast service, and sometimes even provide a laugh. I will be coming back! EDIT 6/25/2025: Girl at the counter working the morning shift was awesome! I ordered a Caramel Iced Coffee, and she actually warned me that it came black and made a custom drink for me that made my day!
Ordered lunch here twice, first time out of turkey. One week later I get to restaurant and they are out of bread. Now what do I do. Only get so much time for lunch now what do I do? Then I opened my sandwich that they had to make on Panini bread and it has lettuce and tomato on it which I had ordered without. I ordered my sandwich 30 minutes prior so I would have time to get lunch. Will definitely not be back.
