Always out of stock with everything, woman speaking over the headset was rude as hell. Someone should probably check her.
Love their coffee. The best! However the experience I just had tops their coffee. My car overheated at their drive-through. The manager came out immediately and with another man pushed my out of the way and figured out the problem. Then while I was waiting for my car to cool down, the manager (or owner) came out with a free box of donuts. How nice is that! A simple act of kindness turned my whole day around. I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name but THANK YOU!
Literally the past 4 times I’ve come here I have ordered, paid, and then they tell me they don’t have the items I just ordered and paid for one moment prior. They’re super rude about it as well. No suggestion of what to get instead or an offer to refund me or anything. They just look at me like it’s my problem. I ordered a decaf iced coffee today.
